After completion of border crossing, you will be chauffeured on a private luxury AC vehicle by our Cambodian driver to Siem Reap, Cambodia. The drive approximately takes two hours.

Siem Reap - is the provincial capital of Siem Reap province. This small town crossed by a river coming from the Kulen mountain is the gateway for the visit of the Angkor Park which is over 400 km2 and is home of more than 100 temples dating from the 9th to 13th century.

Upon arrival at Angkor ticket counter in Siem Reap, you will be met and welcomed by our English speaking guide. After buying your temple passes (temple passes are included), you will be transferred for the breakfast. Breakfast at local restaurant in front of Angkor Wat (at your own cost).

Angkor Wat - after breakfast, visit the magnificent temple built by Suryavarman II in the early 12th century. Angkor Wat symbolizes Mount Meru, home of the gods, and considered the pinnacle of Khmer architecture. This Vishnuite temple is the King’s funerary temple, which is why the temple is oriented to the west. Inside the temple the walls are covered by carvings and bas-reliefs depicting the Hindu mythology and the wars during the reign of Suryavarman II. As well, Angkor Wat is well-known for the 1800 Apsara dancers decorating the temple. It is said to take a lifetime to discover all the wonders of this temple.

Angkor Thom City complex - continue to the Great City of Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. This city is surrounded by an 8 meters high wall; each side of the city is 3 kilometers long. It draws a perfect square with access to this town through 5 gates; 4 of them representing the cardinal points and the 5th one being the Victory Gate leading directly to the Royal Palace area.

You will arrive via the South Gate, an impressive stone gate carved with Elephants and 4 giant faces. On each side is a row of 54 gods or demons holding the sacred Naga snake.

After passing through the South Gate, you will go along a shaded road to the Bayon temple. This temple lies exactly in the center of the city. The particularity of this monument is the 54 towers representing the 54 provinces of the then Great Khmer Empire. Each tower has 4 faces. This is the only temple in Cambodia depicting scenes of the everyday life at the time of the empire.

From the Bayon continue by walking to the Baphoun recently re-opened to the public. There you will pass by the Phimeanakas, the location of the Royal Palace. The only remaining features are a pond and a temple. The palace was made of wood and did not survive the time and the wars.

Then continue to the Terrace of the Elephants. This terrace was the place where the parade was held for the king. Next is the Terrace of the Leper King depicting the water world.

Ta Prohm Ruins (known as Tomb Raider temple) & small circuit - continue to Ta Prohm, one of the most popular temples of the Angkor Complex. This temple was built in the memory of the King Jayavarman VII’s mother. When found by the French conservators at the end of the 19th century, they deliberately left this temple in the same condition as it was discovered, overgrown by strangler fig and silk-cotton trees, giving the temple a mystical and romantic appeal.

Your visit will also include Banteay Kdei, a Buddhist monastery from the late 12th century, Srah Srang, also known as the "pool of ablution", the identical twin temples of Tommanon and Chaosay Tevoda, and Krovan temple.

Lunch at local restaurant (at your own cost)

After lunch, continue visit temples and then return to Siem Reap, stop by Siem Reap downtown exploring Old Market, Pub Street and Siem Reap City formerly French colonial head quarter.

Return to Thailand

At 4pm (but flexible and available upon request), part ways with the tour guide, you will be chauffeured back to Poi Pet border on a private luxury A/C vehicle.

Return to Siem Reap after watching sunset over the top of Phnom Bakheng Hill. Dominating the flat landscape, this 10th Century mountain temple is the most popular spot in the area to watch a classic sunset over Angkor Wat and the surrounding forest or

Watching sunset at Pre Rup temple, a Hindu temple, built as the state temple of king Rajendravarman and dedicated in 961. It is a temple mountain of combined brick, laterite and sandstone construction. The temple’s name is a comparatively modern one meaning "turn the body". This reflects the common belief among Cambodians that funerals were conducted at the temple, with the ashes of the body being ritually rotated in different directions as the service progressed.

Enjoy your dinner and free time exploring Old Market, Pub Street, Night Market, Siem Reap nightlife activites and Siem Reap City formerly French colonial head quarter.

The best trip around Angkor with the sweetest tour guide!

The trip was organized extremely well and the guide was the nicest in the world! We had the best time hearing stories about Angkor and joking with the guide. We were taken care of all the time for example being provided with water for the whole trip.
We would definitely recommend booking this trip because this way you can be sure to be in good hands and use your time in Angkor most efficiently :)

Full Day Trip worth it!

We took the full day tour from Bangkok to Siem Reap. Sophoan was very responsive both leading up to and during our trip. He made sure we had everything we needed to get back into Thailand (we witnessed someone else without the proper travel documentation and were very happy that Sophoan had prepared us!). Between the drivers, boarder escorts and guide, there are careful handoffs - we always felt very safe and cared for during the trip. Our guide (Kong) was fantastic - his historical knowledge and English were fantastic! We would highly recommend this experience and are so happy we did it!

A couple of notes for first time travelers:
- You will stop for lunch, but possibly not breakfast, snack, or dinner - recommend packing a few snacks as it is a very long day (pickup at 3AM - drop-off between 10/11PM)
- Cambodia they pretty much only take USD - so not worth converting
- Mask was requested when going through border back into Thailand
- Ladies bring some paper for toilet for stop during drive to/from Cambodia

Amazing experience

This Angkor Wat service tour was the best option from Bangkok to Siem Reap trip. The driver picked us up at 3 AM at our hotel in Thonglor. It was a comfortable ride in a 10 seater luxurious van. It was just my friend, Michelle, and I, so it was a lot of space for the two of us. We were housed in a hotel near the downtown of Siem Reap, so it was convenient for a night shopping and dining. Our tour guide extraordinaire, Kim, went above and beyond. He was accommodating with our schedule needs. He also recommended good places to eat. He was very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat and the other temples we visited. He acted as our body guard and also
photographer as well. He spoke English well, so communication was good. Michelle and I highly recommend him. Our driver, Sith, was also amazing! He was a safe driver and was also helpful. We were happy with the services provided. The experience was unforgettable. Sophoan, the owner, communicated with us regularly.

Excellent 2 days / 1 night tour from Bangkok to Angkor Wat

Excellent organization! We chose the 2days/one night tour from Bangkok to Angkor wat. Very good drivers. And you get an extra help at Piopet because border crossing there can be quite confusing. In Cambodia our great driver was Sith. A special thanks to our guide Kim. Excellent in taking us through all the beautiful temple of the site. The sunrise in Angkor wat at 5 am is worth the early wake up call. Kim and the driver took us to Siem Reap in the evening and gave us a tour of the city centre.
You can plan the trip on your preferences and chat before and after booking to Sopohan Rath for all the explanations and answers. Absolutely recommended!!!

I want to give special thanks to Mr Thearith for being an excellent guide and photographer. He took us once we reached Siem Reap and was very nice during the whole day of excursion.

This trip is totally worth the money.

2days 1 night Bangkok to Seam Riep

I first found this tour when googling how to go to Seam Riep from Bangkok. I found 5 star reviews and I am impressed. I planned this trip 10 Months ago and Mr Sophoan and I have been corresponding for 10 months. He quickly respond to emails and inquiry. He was direct and honest about our transactions. He send me itinerary 9 months ago. When the trip was close he offered the tour to start early at 10 am rather than 1pm which really helped us enjoy downtown Seam Riep. This tour is smooth, stressfree and easy. I have 2 kids of 9 and 15 along with 4 adults and I could never ask for an amazing, unforgettable trip to one of my bucketlists. We were supposed to be 8 people along with my inlaws but they cancelled last minute. It wasn’t hard to cancel the two people with Mr Sophoan. A week before up to the day of pick up, Mr Sophoan have been sending me emails about the trip. The day of, he gave me the names of people I will be dealing with and their contact number plus his whatsapp number. Which makes me feel relieved that everything will go well in a country I know little about. I did not realize that there would be a couple of drivers and persons I will deal with to go to my destination. A driver took us from Bangkok to the border. Vhin assist us in the process of applying our visa to Cambodia (as a US citizen, you need a visa). Khin that drove us to Seam Riep and Kim our guide that assisted us the minute we reached Seam Riep. We were booked in Neth Sotheachata I think, and it is a quaint hotel in the center of town which is great. We were able to enjoy downtown Seam Riep. We picked the sunrise package, so we are up at 5am. Kim has been so patient with us when midday heat hit us and we almost gave up. We realized it took us 23 hrs to get here so we will have to continue till the end. Our tour ended at 3pm with lunch (it was our option to finish the temples before we had lunch). The same driver drove us to the border, Vhin assisted as at the border. Now we took a huge van that seats 8 to Bangkok with free wifi. All and all, I love this trip and would recommend to anyone. The downside of this which is minor is that, we were so wirelessly depended that we were at a loss for the 3 hr trip from border to Seam Riep. That gave us a chance to interact with each other. But on the way back, we were dead tired, so we just slept. The fun part abput not having data is that everytime we go to restaurant and they have wifi, we were like kids in a candy store. Btw, we saw a hot air balloon and asked Kim if we can try it and he willingly obliged. For $15 per person, you cant beat that hot air balloon overlooking Angkor Wat. A bonus too is that Kim is a professional photo taker. He knew where we ahould be, suggested panoramic photos and our unsuccessful funny jumpshots. We brought a selfie stick in this trip but thru experience with some our trips that these tourguides are AWESOME people To take pictures of you.

Amazing One-Day Tour of Siem Reap!

I had reached out to Sophoan back in December regarding the one-day tour of Cambodia from Bangkok. I was immediately impressed by his prompt and thorough responses. I was traveling with my mother and she expressed concern about the trip but upon booking the tour, Sophoan provided us with a detailed itinerary which helped put me at ease. A few days prior to our visit, Sophoan sent us a detailed email with the people who would be involved with transporting us from Bangkok through the Poipet border and onwards to Siem Reap. He even included the license plate number of the car that would be picking us up! I had read some negative things online about the entry process at the border but Sophoan had people arranged to guide us through every step of the way. It couldn't have been more seamless. We arrived to our hotel late in the evening but Sophoan was there to greet us. After meeting him in person, I knew we were in good hands. His kind demeanor and knowledge of Cambodia and the surrounding area was moving, and I felt so lucky to have him as my guide. If you are considering a tour with him and his company, please do not hesitate in booking with him. He will take great care of you! His tours are customizable depending on what you want to gain out of your trip, and you will leave with a greater appreciation for the country and its people. I truly felt like one day was too short, but am so grateful for the experience.
